Panelist will discuss the connection between microenterprise and job creation and policies that will enable more individuals to use entrepreneurship and asset development as a pathway out of poverty, particularly for populations facing multiple barriers to economic success, including innovative new policy concepts that can break the cycle of poverty for the next generation.
